Tender on the state procurement of expert service of the project-technical documents of reinforcement –strengthening of the deteriorated residential buildings
Tbilisi City Hall announces a two stage tender on the state procurement of expert service of the project-technical documents of reinforcement –strengthening of the deteriorated residential buildings in Tbilisi and invites all interested people to participate in it.
1. The unit of procurement is divided into 9 ( nine) lots:
Lot N1- expertise of technical-project documents on reinforcement –strengthening of a residential building N2 , located on Tsotne Dadiani street II m/d , Tbilisi.
Lot N2- expertise of technical-project documents on reinforcement –strengthening of a residential building N3 , located on Tsotne Dadiani street II m/d , Tbilisi.
Lot N3- expertise of technical-project documents on reinforcement –strengthening of a residential building N15, N16 , located on Tsotne Dadiani street N34, Tbilisi.
LotN4- expertise of technical-project documents on reinforcement –strengthening of a residential building N 2 , located in Varketili 3, II m/d , Tbilisi.
Lot N5- expertise of technical-project documents on reinforcement –strengthening of a residential building N334 , located in Varketili 3,III a m/d , Tbilisi.
Lot N6 - expertise of technical-project documents on reinforcement –strengthening of a residential building “ D” in , located in Varketili III housing development, block X , Tbilisi.
Lot N7- expertise of technical-project documents on reinforcement –strengthening of a residential building N30 , located in Temka settlement III a m/d , block II, Tbilisi.
Lot N8- expertise of technical-project documents on reinforcement –strengthening of a residential building N36 , located in Temka settlement III a m/d , block II, Tbilisi.
Lot N9- expertise of technical-project documents on reinforcement –strengthening of a deteriorated part built to residential building N 46 , located in Saburtalo street, Tbilisi.
2. The term of supply on each lot –not later 10 days after the contract is concluded. Instruction for tender participants.
3. People wishing to participate in the tender should submit the tender application at the personnel of the tender commission on the following address:
Tbilisi, Zh. Shartava str. N7, 2nd floor, municipal service of municipal procurement of Tbilisi City Hall.
4. The complete data of the participant should be indicated in the tender application :name, head, address, bank data, contact information.
5. Deadline: From April16, 2008 to 11:00am.May 06,2008.
6. Immediately after the tender application is presented , the person wishing to participate in the tender will be able to get the technical task ( project-technical documents) at the personnel of the tender commission on the aforementioned address to draw up of the first tender proposal.
7. On the first stage of the tender, the first tender proposal in Georgian ( priceless) and the qualification data in the form of original or notarized copies should be submitted with one closed envelope at the personnel of the tender commission on the above mentioned address: from 11:00 am till 16:30 pm , May 06 ,2008 Belated tender proposals will not be considered. and will be returned without opening.
8. The first tender proposal opening will occur at the meeting of the tender commission, that will be held on the above mentioned address at 16:30 pm. May 06 ,2008.
9. The tender participants have right to attend the commission meeting.
10. The first tender proposal should be drawn up on the basis of the technical task and the general data about the service of expertise service should be included in it. and on the basis of which the tender documents and technical task further specification is possible.
11. Together with the first tender proposal, the qualification data should be submitted as well, they should meet the following requirement:
11.1. As for legal entities so for physical persons.
a) An information about the qualification of stuff even in the analogical field.
b) An information about the implemented service in the last 3 years or about an on going analogical service ;
c) An information about the material- technical base
Note: The candidates , together with the first tender proposal , should submit (in one closed envelope) the qualification data of sub-contractors ( in case of their existence) according to the article 11.
12. .Non-resident physical or juridical persons should submit the qualification data issued by the rightful bodies of their countries , the notarized Georgian translations of these documents should be presented as well.
13.If the qualification data presented by the candidate are found false or don’t meet the qualification requirements, the tender commission has right to disqualify this person at any stage of procurement, before the contract about state procurement is concluded.
14. On the second stage of the tender only those participants will be allowed whose qualification data will meet the qualification requirements and whose tender proposals are corresponding to technical task. The qualification ,experience, effectiveness of the suggested methodology of a candidate will be envisaged.
15. The results of the first stage of the tender will become known to the candidates within 5 days after the decision is got by the tender commission.
16. The candidates allowed on the second stage of the tender, to get the tender documents, should pay the tender fee 200(two hundred)GEL on the following banking data:
