The  worldwide famous pop- star Shakira  arrived in Tbilisi  to sing for the Georgian fans on Rike.  The whole work group accompanied the singer and  the Georgian fans  witnessed  the unusual show. 

The Colombian singer  Shakira started her career since she was 13, when her first LP “ Magia” was recorded. The LP   made Isabel Merabak Ripol the outstanding pop singer in her home country.
After leaving the school Shakira decided  to fully  dedicate herself  to music and the result was not belated,  her song “ Pies Deskalzos”  became the  number one hit  in 1996. Pop, rock  and vivid Latin dance blend made everybody dizzy and the singer  was  internationally acknowledged.
Her next LP “ Donde Estan Los Ladrones” recorded in 1998   is   sold in great numbers in  the USA , in Spain, in Columbia and   in Chile that  makes Shakitra more and more popular.  The 1998  LP  was entailed by the next one  “ Megamixes”, but the fourth one  “ MTV Unplugged” turned out to be the most  successful for the singer as it brought Gram award to her.

The first English language LP  “ Laundry Service”  was recorded by the singer  in 2001. At present the singer’s repertoire  includes as Latin so the  English songs.  Shakira writes  the songs and she composes the melodies.  She has successful tours in diverse countries  in  the whole world. Her concerts are real chic  to attend.
The arrival of the megastar was a big event for her fans in  Tbilisi,  vast amount of people gathered on Rike, and the people were continuously flooding  from different sides, regardless of the cold, lots of people gathered on Rike  to attend the concert of their idol. People  viewed the concert even from the balconies and from Baratashvili  rising.

Despite the fact that Shakira is an idol of teenagers , the  people of various ages attended the concert.
At the beginning of the concert the Georgian greeting of the singer was accompanied by the  great ovations.
The vivid rhythms  protruded in the viewers and they  were  following the singer in dancing and in singing.  The  hot Columbian climate was reined in Tbilisi cold streets for a little while. Shakira’s fans had an unforgettable  experience  by her concert, and the impression gotten  from  the concert of the favorite singer will last for a long time to  them.
