Flag of The City of Tbilisi

The flag of the City of Tbilisi has a rectangle shape with wide crossed dark blue and narrow golden stripes on a white background. The point of crossing for the stripes is accentuated with a graphical illustration of the City of Tbilisi on the dark red background around which are seven golden seven-point stars. Such an interrelation of stripes is symbolic. Tbilisi’s flag has four colors: white, dark blue, gold, and dark red, and for presentation all three colors are used on the white background.
