Marriage Ritual House Is Upgraded
The newly upgraded  marriage ritual house  started its functioning again and  the first marriage ceremony was conducted . The wedding ceremony was attended by the Mayor of Tbilisi Gigi Ugulava , Mps and the by the spokesman of the diplomatic corps.
